Our 20-liter bag-in-box pouches are a practical way to store liquid foods. The two-layer plastic bag is food-safe and specially suitable for contact with food. The integrated tap, which is centrally placed, allows for easy and clean pouring, even after prior hot filling and storage at room temperature.

Includes dispensing tap: 2-layer plastic bags for bag-in-box cartons (BiB).
Proof of food safety is available.

Storage instructions

Filled bags: To reduce the pressure on the bung, it is advisable to store them with the tap facing upwards.
Unfilled bags: Store the bags in their original packaging in a dry place protected from direct sunlight or strong heat (e.g. radiators or electric heaters). The temperature should be between 10 °C and 30 °C, with a relative humidity of 20% to 80%. Before use, the bags should be stored for at least 24 hours under the respective ambient conditions.

Instructions for filling and use

Place the bag in the box.
Close the box.
Remove the cap of the bag while it is lying horizontally and fill in the liquid.
Pull the tap through the designated opening and fix it.
Press out as many air bubbles as possible before attaching the tap.
Remove the freshness seal from the tap.
Then tap and enjoy the product.

Important notes

Please note that the color of the taps may vary from the product images depending on the bag size.
The capacity of the bag exceeds the indicated filling quantity. Please do not fill it completely.

Suitable for all liquids that need to be dispensed in portions and made more durable with the exclusion of air.
For example: juices, wines and mulled wines, oils and mineral oils, liquid soaps as well as cleaning agents and chemicals, liquid egg, concentrates, syrups, coffees, sauces, adhesives, paints, pharmaceuticals and inks.
