Discover the BOXXflexx glass shipping boxes including the specially made die-cut inserts: The optimal option for the safe transport of your glasses, especially for food shipping. This innovative cardboard packaging is ideally suited for shipping honey, jam or liver sausage glasses and can be flexibly adapted to different glass shapes. Inside the box there is a perforated insert. With gentle pressure, a base is formed that securely fixes the glass. Three differently designed slots at the top of the insert provide additional support during transport.

For the production of the BOXXflexx glass shipping boxes, high-quality corrugated cardboard with a high recycling content is used, which makes the boxes particularly environmentally friendly. In the production of the insert and the box, synthetic adhesives are completely avoided; instead, starch from natural sources is used to fix the corrugated cardboard. All papers used bear the FSC seal and thus come from sustainable forestry. Flexographic printing with ink that is safe for food ensures understandable markings and uncomplicated application.

The inserts are delivered space-savingly in bundles of 20 in a flat form, either as a package or by forwarding agent on pallets. This enables easy storage and handling. The shipping box is suitable for both empty and full glasses and can be used with shipping service providers or for transport from the warehouse to the store on site.

A significant advantage of the BOXXflexx glass shipping boxes lies in the cooperation with Honigtreu eG, through which a solution for different glass sizes has been developed. The clear marking of the slots noticeably simplifies the application in the shipping department. Matching shipping boxes are also available in different sizes, optimally matched to the inserts:
