Our 2-layer Bag-in-Box bags allow you to keep your delicious juices, wines and sauces fresh for an exceptionally long time.

The bags are guaranteed to be safe for contact with food (a corresponding declaration of conformity is available). The centrally located tap ensures easy removal of the contents.

Your product can be stored for a long time at room temperature after being filled with hot products (up to 78 °C).

Storage instructions

Unfilled bags should be stored in the original packaging, protected from direct light (sun, lamps) and heat sources (heating, electrical appliances), at a temperature between 10 °C and 30 °C and a relative humidity of 20 % to 80 %. Before use, they should be stored for at least 24 hours under the respective ambient conditions.
Store filled bags with the tap facing upwards to minimise the pressure on the closure.

Instructions for filling and use

Lay the bag horizontally, remove the cap and fill the juice into the plastic container.
Attach the tap and remove as many air bubbles as possible before closing it.
Then place the bag in the matching box.
Pull the tap through the opening provided and secure it.
Close the box.
Remove the seal from the tap.
Pour the contents and enjoy.

Important notes

The bags have a larger capacity than specified. Please do NOT fill the bags completely.
The colour of the taps may vary from the illustrations depending on the bag size.

Suitable for all liquids that are to be dispensed in portions and need to be kept fresh for longer when sealed.
Examples: juices, wine, mulled wine, oils, mineral oils, liquid soaps, cleaning agents and chemicals, liquid egg, concentrates, syrup, coffee, sauces, adhesives, paints, pharmaceuticals and ink.

Recommendation!

If there is no automatic filling system available, a scale under the bag helps to determine the correct filling quantity.
