Discover the BOXXflexx die-cut insert – the optimal solution for secure food shipping and protecting your jars. This innovative cardboard packaging is perfectly suited for transporting honey, jam, or liver sausage jars and can be flexibly adapted to different jar shapes. The insert features a special structure with pre-cut slots that form a stable base with simple pressure to suspend the jar. Thanks to the three different slot arrangements at the top of the insert, the jars are reliably secured for transport.

The BOXXflexx die-cut insert is characterized by the use of high-quality corrugated cardboard with a high proportion of recycled paper, making it particularly environmentally friendly. In the production of our insert, synthetic adhesives are avoided; instead, starch from natural sources is used to bond the corrugated cardboard. All papers used are FSC-certified and therefore come from responsible forestry. Flexographic printing with food-safe colors ensures clear labeling and easy handling.

To ensure trouble-free storage and handling, our inserts are shipped flat-packed in bundles of 20 pieces, either as a package or by forwarding agent on pallets.

A significant advantage of the BOXXflexx die-cut insert lies in its development in cooperation with Honigtreu eG, with the aim of developing a solution for different glass sizes. The clear marking of the slots significantly simplifies the application in the shipping process.
