Reliable hazardous goods cartons with UN marking.

These extremely robust cartons carry the UN certification for the transport of dangerous goods according to categories 4G and 4GV. With an outside made of brown kraftliner paper and a glued lid, these cartons are versatile for transport by road, ship, train or airplane. Depending on the respective packaging group, these are approved for various maximum gross weights.

Versatile due to the 4-fold approval 4G and additionally 4GV.
Depending on the packaging group, different maximum gross weights are permissible (see table).
Suitable for transport by road (ADR), as well as by ship (IMDG Code, ADNR), rail (RID) and airplane (ICAO-TI, IATA).
Approved for packaging groups: I(X) II(Y) III(Z).
Closure: Flaps glued.
Tested and approved for use as combined packaging with containers made of metal or plastic as inner packaging.
Outer layer: Brown Kraftliner paper.
Can be sealed with filament tape (see printed closing instructions).

Please refer to the respective safety data sheet of the hazardous good to see whether 4G / 4GV hazardous goods cartons are generally approved for your hazardous good and the desired transport route.

We have a recognized and approved testing laboratory for corrugated cardboard hazardous goods packaging.

Please note that a safety label must be affixed in accordance with your product's safety data sheet. Labels can be provided on request.

When shipping by air freight, make sure that the printed UN marking is not covered with tape or similar.

The cartons are tested and approved as combined packaging with inner packaging made of metal or plastic containers. This combination must comply with the requirements of the legal regulations in accordance with the approval certificate and must be verified and documented by an inspection.
