Secure transport of dangerous goods thanks to special hazardous goods cartons.

These robust cartons with UN marking enable the safe shipping of dangerous substances according to standards 4G and 4GV. The brown outer layer made of Kraftliner makes them suitable for transport by road, ship, rail and air. Please note the different permissible gross weights depending on the packing group.

The cartons are closed by flap gluing.
The outside is made of brown Kraftliner.
Suitable for road transport (ADR), sea transport (IMDG code, ADNR), rail transport (RID) and air freight (ICAO-TI, IATA).
Approved for packing groups: I(X), II(Y), III(Z).
Depending on the packing group, different permissible maximum gross weights apply (see table).
Tested and approved for use as combination packaging with inner packagings made of metal or plastic.
The cartons can be closed with filament tape (observe the closure regulations).
Versatile due to 4-fold approval 4G and additional 4GV approval.

Please refer to the safety data sheet of the respective hazardous substance to determine whether the 4G/4GV hazardous goods cartons are approved for your specific goods and the desired transport route.

We have a recognized and approved testing laboratory for corrugated cardboard hazardous goods packaging.

When shipping by air freight, make sure that the printed UN marking is not covered by tape or similar.

For the shipment of dangerous goods and the use of hazardous goods packaging, only the currently valid regulations are binding. The cartons are tested and approved for use as composite packaging with metal or plastic containers as inner packaging. This combination must meet the requirements of the legal regulations in accordance with the approval and must be proven and documented by an inspection.
